Every season we’re spoilt for choice with the amount of pretty women’s shoes available, and this season is no exception. So how are we supposed to choose from this never ending supply of beautiful shoes? Think about the new season trends…

 Colour – Blocking
This season it’s all about colour blocking! This can be worn in two ways. Pairing a vibrant, colour-popping shoe with a contrasting outfit, (for head-to-toe colour blocking) looks great. But choosing a shoe with two or more colours is a much prettier way to wear the trend. It works really well worn with an understated outfit to let the shoes do the talking. You can even nail two trends in one with colour-blocking and pastel tones!

 Shoe Boots vs Brogues
There are two on-trend styles of women’s shoes this season. But any decision will depend on the occasion more than anything. Sky high shoe boots are the shoe of choice for those after work drinks, parties and nights out; whereas brogues are the perfect day shoe. They’ll look great with skinny jeans, smart work-wear and little summer skirts. And let’s face it they look a lot comfier than teetering in those heels! Get in on the nude trend as well and go for neutral shoe boots or brogues.

 Lace
Lace dresses have become a style classic again over the past few years, but now the lace trend has extended to women’s shoes. Delicate and feminine, lace shoes are on-trend and pretty! Any style goes with this trend so have a bit of fun with accents of lace on shoe boots, and even lace slippers as an alternative to more masculine brogues.
